What you can expect from Angel's Guardian

A prompt start. We assess new cases within 24 hours of your request.
Qualified caregivers. Every aide holds a state certification or is working toward one and completes our in-house training.
A thoughtful match. We pair your loved one with an aide whose skills and personality fit, not just whoever is available.
Dignity and respect. We honor your home, your privacy and your loved one's routines and preferences.
Clear communication. We keep you informed and respond quickly to your questions and concerns.

Your part

What we ask of our clients

Share complete information. Tell us about health conditions, medications and care needs, and let us know when anything changes.
Provide a safe setting. Keep walkways clear, pets secured and the home safe for both your loved one and your aide.
Give notice of changes. Contact our office as early as possible to cancel or reschedule a visit.
Go through our office. Arrange changes to the schedule or care plan with our staff rather than directly with your aide.
Treat caregivers with courtesy. Our aides bring kindness and respect to your home, and we ask the same in return.

Three basics for in-home care

Minimum visit length

Each visit is scheduled for at least 3 hours, so your aide has time to provide unhurried, thorough care.

Advance booking

Please request services at least 3 days in advance so we can assess your needs and match you with the right aide.
