Ruth founded Angel's Guardian on a simple belief: when families open their homes to us, they deserve care they can trust. With over 30 years in health and human services and a BA in Human Services from Cambridge College, she leads with compassion and high standards. Ruth also runs an adult group home, giving her a deep, hands-on understanding of everyday care.
Norlyne brings more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience as a family nurse practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from UMass Chan Medical School and a post-master's certificate from UMass Boston. Her career spans hospital medicine, community health in Worcester and occupational health leadership, and she ensures every client receives safe, well-coordinated care.
Naomie coordinates our home health aides, matching each client with caring, qualified support. She is a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), has completed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) training, and holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Development. With more than a decade in human services, Naomie understands care at every stage of life. She works closely with aides, clients and families to make every visit dependable, respectful and centered on each person's needs.
